Biodose ® – the Total Medication Management System

Medipod ® – consumers’ ‘spoon-free’ solution to managing medicines
Protomed has brought the benefits of monitored dosage system Biodose to the consumer market, with Medipod®, designed to help consumers to manage medication more accurately. With Medipod, pharmacists can combine customer data with Protomed’s central drug database to produce pre-measured medication ‘pods’ personalised with the patients’ name, photo and dosage instructions such as time and day.

Medigram ® – the world’s first visual prescription
Medigram® is an easy-to-use software tool enabling pharmacists, nurses and dispensing doctors to create a unique visual prescription. Medigram’s body map diagrams show care staff and domiciliary carers where to apply patients’ topical medication. Medigram builds on Protomed’s flagship product Biodose, creating an at-a-glance guide to where, when and how a cream or ointment should be applied.
Medigram eliminates issues with ambiguous instructions on prescriptions for topical medication. The visual prescription ensures care homes don’t overlook topical medications in the move towards patient compliance.
